I got hooked on understanding why people do what they do while studying psychology at the University of Waterloo. Motivation curves, habit loops, the messy reality of behavior change—that stuff pulled me in. But I kept wanting to build things, not just study them.

So I dove into the world of tech startups. Started at Habitry, where I got my hands dirty turning behavioral science into software health coaches used daily. Then jumped into Ten Thousand Coffees and helped turn a mess of spreadsheets into 1.5M+ career changing mentorship conversations across 50+ Fortune 500s. Now I’m Head of Product at eeva.ai, building an AI-powered home planner and organizer that thinks for you.

With Ivy on our wedding day.

Outside of work, I’m usually found throwing around weights, making memories with my wife Ivy, or practicing the art of strangling friends legally (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu).
